Processing Time All frames are handcrafted to order. Please allow 10 business days for production before shipment. Custom and large-format orders may require additional time; we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Method & Insurance All orders are shipped with full insurance covering the declared value of your order. We work with reliable carriers experienced in handling fragile goods.
Fragile Items & Glass Glazing Frames with glass glazing are carefully packed using professional framing materials. Despite our best efforts, damage during transit can occasionally occur. All shipments are insured; in the event of damage, please:
- Document the damage immediately — photograph both the packaging and the item before unpacking further.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].
- We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.
Our Liability Dichterswijk Lijsten's liability is limited to the insured value of the shipment. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling after delivery, or for delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Outside EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
