What are the steps to ordering a custom frame?
There are three steps:
1. Contact us via the order form.
2. We agree on a design and materials for the frame and a quote.
3. We receive the artwork and deliver on an agreed date.
How much does a custom frame cost?
About 100 EUR per frame.
How long does a custom order take to arrive?
Usually 2 weeks after the artwork arrives.
What types of wood are available?
Oak, ash, elm, and beech are most common but we often have more. We can choose from what is available during the order process.
What styles of joinery and details are available?
The majority of our frames use mitre joints, but we like experimenting with new and different designs.

What is your refund policy?
Custom frames are made to order as part of a bespoke framing service. Once work has begun, custom orders are non-refundable.
