Gift Store Items (Ready-Made Products)
We accept returns on gift store items for up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and undamaged.
If you decide an item is not right for you, you may return it at your own cost. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
Custom Frames
Custom frames are made to order as part of a bespoke framing service. Once work has begun, custom orders are non-refundable.
Because frames are designed and fitted specifically to individual artworks, it is usually not possible for us to resell or reuse them.
Damaged Items
All items are handmade in our workshop and carefully packed. If an item arrives damaged, this is most likely due to damage during transit.
Please contact us as soon as possible (and within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
