The wood has open grain and medullary rays, which can appear as lighter flecks or lines across the surface. Finished simply, this white oak is usually quite pale, moving from light beige to a muted straw colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"682\"\u003eGlass and hardware are recovered from second-hand sources where possible, and frames are supplied with hardware \u003cspan\u003eto hang or stand in landscape and portait and an off-white\/anthracite reversable matboard\u003c\/span\u003e.
